- Once our team verifies the issue, we will issue a full refund immediately. To save you the hassle, you will not be required to ship the defective item back to us.
Change of Mind / Not As Expected
If you ordered the wrong item, it isn't what you expected, or you simply changed your mind, you are still eligible for a return under the following conditions:
- You must contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate the return process.
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
- Return Shipping Costs: Please note that for "change of mind" returns, the customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. These fees are non-refundable.
- Once you notify us and we authorize the return, you have an additional 14 days to ship the product back to us. We will issue your full refund once the returned item is received and inspected at our facility.

Your rights remain the same! Items purchased on sale or during a promotional period are fully covered under this standard 14-day return policy.
Non Refundable Conditions
We reserves the right to deny a refund if the item has been damaged due to unauthorized modifications, self-repair attempts, or repairs conducted by a third party.
- What is covered: Defects caused by faulty materials or manufacturing workmanship.
- What is NOT covered: Accidental damage, deliberate misuse, improper handling (e.g., dropping the item), or general wear and tear.
- Warranty Resolution: If your item experiences a covered defect within the 9-month window, We will repair or replace the product with a new one at our expense. Please note: We do not issue cash refunds under the warranty policy; it is strictly for repairs or replacements.
