How to Measure – Heel to Toe

Preparation:Place a sheet of paper on the floor, right against a wall.

Stand Up Straight:Stand on the paper with your heel touching the wall.

Mark the Length:Draw a line in front of your longest toe while standing (get help if needed to measure accurately).

Measure:Measure the distance from the edge of the paper (where your heel was) to the line at your toe. This is your foot length (heel to toe).
